Hire Point Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex commercial, healthcare, industrial, and specialty construction projects. If you’re a proven leader with strong financial, operational, and safety expertise, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
🏗️ Lead multiple construction projects from start to finish
📊 Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project profitability
🤝 Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
🦺 Ensure OSHA and NYC DOB safety compliance
📋 Oversee project documentation, change orders, and risk management
👷 Mentor project teams and drive successful project delivery
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field
✅ 10+ years of construction project management experience
✅ Experience managing projects valued at $5M–$50M+
✅ OSHA 30 Certification
✅ Strong knowledge of NYC DOB regulations, SST requirements, and Union Labor
⭐ PMP Certification and NYC SST Supervisor Card are a plus
