Hire Point Staffing Solutions is looking for a Dispatcher / Office Administrator to support a busy plumbing service operation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating schedules, communicating with teams, and helping customers, this role is for you!
🔧 What You’ll Do:
✔️ Dispatch plumbing technicians to service calls
✔️ Schedule appointments & manage daily routes
✔️ Answer calls & assist customers professionally
✔️ Enter work orders & maintain accurate records
✔️ Coordinate communication between technicians, customers & management
✔️ Support general office administrative tasks
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of dispatching or service coordination experience
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction, or service industry (preferred)
• Strong customer service & communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & QuickBooks
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
